This page explains what the loaadi.uz online shop collects about you, why, who else sees it and how long it is kept.
The data operator is LOAADI LLC, Shaykhantahur district, Batyr Zakirov street, NEST ONE, block E, 6th floor, office 71, Tashkent. Phone +998 71 200 83 83.
Processing is carried out under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data (ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019).
1. What we collect
When you place an order: your first and last name, phone number, delivery address, what you ordered and for how much, and the payment and collection methods you chose.
When you confirm your phone number: the number itself and the fact that the SMS code was entered.
When you are simply browsing: the contents of your basket, the language you chose and the car you selected are kept in your browser, not by us. Server logs hold an IP address, the time of the request and the page address.
We do not collect bank card details. Payment happens on the payment provider's side and card details never reach us.
We do not ask for or process special categories of data: health, religion, political views and the like.
2. Why
To accept an order, take payment, and deliver the goods or hand them over at the warehouse.
To reach you about your order: to agree a delivery time, to tell you it is ready for collection, to answer a question.
To confirm the phone number belongs to you, so nobody can order against someone else's number.
To keep accounting and tax records, as the law requires.
To keep the site working and protected: server logs help find a fault and tell a customer apart from an automated attack.
3. On what basis
By placing and paying for an order you enter into a contract with us, and the processing is needed to perform it. You give separate consent when you tick, at checkout, that you accept the offer and this policy. Some data we are obliged to keep by law, chiefly accounting records.
4. Who else sees it
The payment providers Payme, Click, Uzum Pay and Uzum Nasiya, to take payment. They receive the amount and an order identifier.
The SMS provider, to send you the confirmation code and the link to your order page. It receives the phone number and the text of the message.
The courier or member of staff bringing your order: your name, phone and delivery address.
State authorities, only where the law requires it and only to the extent the law prescribes.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for anyone else's advertising.
5. Where it is held
Data is held on a server located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. How long
Order data: while the contract is in force, and afterwards for the period the law sets for accounting and tax records.
Phone confirmation codes: minutes. They stop working as soon as they are used or expire.
Server logs: a limited period, as long as is needed to find faults and protect the site.
When the reason for keeping something ends, it is deleted or anonymised.
7. How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS. Order data is reachable only by staff who need it for their work, every sign-in to the admin panel is confirmed with a second factor, and everything staff do is written to a log that cannot be edited or deleted.
Your order page opens through a private link sent by SMS. That link works like a key: do not forward it to anyone else.
8. Your rights
You may ask what data of yours we process and receive a copy of it.
You may require inaccurate data to be corrected.
You may withdraw consent and ask for your data to be deleted. We will delete everything we are not obliged to keep; records of purchases already made are accounting documents and are kept for the period set by law.
You may complain about what we have done to the authorised state body.
To exercise any of these, call +998 71 200 83 83. We answer within the period the law sets.
9. Children
The shop is intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has left their details with us, call us and we will delete them.
10. Changes
A new version of this policy is published on this page. By continuing to use the site after it is published, you accept it.
